One day in Somerset

Friday was the Somerset day, having to drive back up the road to Scotland on Saturday to be here for pantomime rehearsal on Sunday. It dawned cold, clear, bright and frosty and I was out and about with my camera capturing more geographs. On in the afternoon to see old colleagues in Langport and an friend who is not too well. Then to see the chickabiddies and take them out for a chinese meal. It’s tough sometimes only seeing them for a couple of hours and not having the pleasure of being together en famille.
Asked them what they wanted for Crimbo. Number 1 daughter just wants money, number 1 son would like an mp3 player and number 2 daughter is the rock-chick who rather fancies going to a rock gig, Kaiser Chiefs of current preference. Well, I can’t argue with #2 daughter; I rather fancy that myself.
