I reported recently on a successful operation to reintegrate a mouse with the wild after a sojourn in the house. Yesterday I came to my desk to find that some wee beastie had been eating a load of paper tissues so the previous evictee was obviously not on its own. That evening, the other mouse was making so bold as to run around the lounge while we were watching tv, but then we saw it had gone out into the corridor. Quickly mashalling a posse of myself and the Queen of the Chooks, we managed to drive the unwelcome visitor into the vestibule whence I was able to evict it to the great outdoors. Hopefully that’s the last of the little beggars for the time being.
